Keep Calm and Craft On

Last night was the first time a few friends and I got together to do our first official craft night. What to say? First off the evening began a little late, so in order to stay awake during this two hour event some sort of delicious dessert had to be served! We enjoyed Lemon Bars, Sheet Cake and coffee. So far, so good. Then there was the craft! Let's just say, the first ten to fifteen minutes of starting our project, we began to detect a slight problem. Our fingers and wrists were getting sore pretty bad. So, warning to any of you that are thinking about doing pinhole artwork: be prepared to have some sore fingers the next day! All in all, it was a blast and we laughed at one another in our weaknesses. Not to mention, the outcome of some of our artwork. The good news is, the project turned out great and some of the girls are going to make a few more to frame at home. I am looking forward to Craft Night in October, it's the perfect time to catch up with your good friends, eat some treats and try something new and creative! Thanks girls for such a good time, more funny memories and sharing your creative side!
