Home, sweet home

Happy Monday everyone!! Today I have many things on the to-do list: tons of homework, classes to register for,  photo shoots to edit, things to mail off and a home to organize. Speaking of home sweet home, we've been working on a few things around the house. It has been the bane of my existence the last few days. We enjoyed a nice evening with close friends for Thanksgiving and the rest of our long weekend was history. It was well worth it though...we finally got some painting done, which was needed in a big way! I have to thank my husband for doing most the work! We are just approaching the finish line...we have the ceiling painted, trim up and new light fixture hung.

 The family room is back together again, just in time to get all our Christmas stuff out of their boxes! I will post pictures of our Christmas decor soon :) Next on the list: get some new curtains and our wallpaper up on the dining room wall!
