A Brightened Day

To me, it doesn't get much better than fresh flowers. It's simple, somewhat cheap and can be an easy fix for an attitude makeover. If I can, I try to keep fresh flowers in the house as often as possible. Most of the time my wonderful husband will bring some straight from our rose bush in the back yard. It's amazing how it lifts your spirit and makes a room seem more fresh and inviting. This particular bouquet was purchased this time by my husband. We celebrated our three year anniversary the other day. It was the most simple gift, but my favorite. It doesn't have to be frilly or expensive...sometimes the little things are the most cherished and remembered.
